Abstract: | Parafomoria halimivora n. sp. is described from southern Spain. It feeds on Halimium spp., and is assumed to be the sister-species of P. helianthemella (Herrich-Schaffer). The mine and larva of P. ladaniphila (Mendes) are described and new distribution and hostplant data for the genus are given. |
